It's a recipe from Jamila Cuisine, which I've been following for some time. I didn't mix the ice cream anymore because I left it in the freezer overnight. It formed small ice crystals, but they didn't bother me. However, it is better when it melts a little, not ice cream at all.500 ml milk, 250 ml whipped cream, 6 egg yolks, 150 g sugar, vanilla essence, a pinch of salt.
