A super-quick and easy recipe, which creates wonderful pork chops in a flavoursome sauce. Serve with potatoes, pasta or rice and a side of steamed vegetables.

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 450g boneless pork chops
- 150ml orange juice
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 teaspoon cornflour

- Heat oil in a large heavy frying pan over medium heat. Cook pork chops until evenly brown on both sides; remove from frying pan. Pour in orange juice, soy sauce and sugar. Boil for 2 minutes, scraping the bottom of pan. In a small bowl, mix together water and cornflour and stir into sauce. Return pork to frying pan and cook briefly until thickened and heated through.
